Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
I use to be the girl who ran out the door in the morning without eating breakfast. My friends at 'Mindfully Sweet' have sparked creativity within us as we share recipe ideas and encourage one another to explore mindfulness around sugar.
Breakfast has become one of my favorite parts of the day because I have learned it sort of sets the tone for the rest of my day. This breakfast bowl is super easy to prepare and delicious! Serves 2 1 cup cooked quinoa handful of pumpkin seeds 4 tablespoons ground flax seeds ½ cup almond milk ¼ cup strawberries, blueberries or raspberries stevia, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve warm.
